The
cost
for building your house on Koh Samui normally is in the price range of
about €200 to €500 per square meter due to quality and standard.
The price for a high standard and quality house of 100 square meters is
normally about €30-50,000 depending on quality, standard and equipment.
A pool normally costs from about €7,000 and up (depending on quality
and size).

lease the land: The price is only 1900 Euro per year if you are
signing
a at least a 15 year contract. 30 years is the maximum period. The
lease
is then pre-paid. We will (without any extra costs) help you to find a
construction company to build your house if you are interested. We
reserve
our full right to accept or not accept customers (before the payment is
made). The contracts are written and overlooked by a certified lawyer
for
your and the land owner's safety.
